What are the Dates of the Next Level Event?
Check-in, registration, and a POWER AGENT® welcome session starts January 30, 2022 at 9:00 AM. Morning registration opens 7:30am January 31st and February 1st, with sessions being held 8:30am to 5:00pm both days. (Times subject to change.)

Is There a Roomblock?
OH YES. The rooms are normally anywhere between $249 on the low end to high traffic fees $599 and above. As our special guests, we have negotiated a limited time room cost of JUST $109… BUT this block is reserved for first come/first serve, so book early.   
Closest Airport to the Venue?
The closest airport to Foxwoods is T.F. Green (PVD) in Warwick, RI. The second closest airport would be Hartford's Bradley International Airport (BDL). Warwick is just under an hour's drive from Foxwoods; Bradley is just over an hour's drive.

The most affordable tickets will be during early-bird registration which will include deeply discounted rates for both attendance and room fees. As the event draws closer and seats fill up, the price will adjust accordingly.
What is the Refund Policy?
Any and all payments made to Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, in the event of illness of participants, unforeseen events or circumstances out of the reasonable control of Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc., the attendee or any other party, changes or modifications to the schedule, presenters, or events related to a conference, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases.

Event General Questions

What Should I Bring?
- Your all-time favorite thing to write with! What does that look like? Pen? Pencil? Sharpie? Quill? Whatever it is, bring it along because you will want to take lots of notes and fill your event workbook to the brim – write in the margins, take it all in so that you can walk away with the strategies that matter most to you!  

- A light sweater or jacket! Anyone who's ever been a hotel event room before knows that you count on lower temps and low humidity which can make for a chilly day of learning. Be prepared!  

- Lots of business cards. Lots. Then, when you think you have enough, tuck in a few more. This conference is about transformation and connection and you’ll be meeting agents and speakers and experts from all over North America. Make sure you have an easy way or them to keep your information. Also, bring a sharpie so you can make notes on cards. Some biz cards are coated and make them hard to write on – a sharpie usually does the trick. 

- Please dress in business casual attire. While we want to dress to impress – these will be long days of leaning and interaction. Make sure you’re comfortable! From the top of your head to the tip of your shoes!

What is the Event Schedule Going to be?

Will there be an opportunity to meet Darryl Davis and the other Keynote speakers?
Yes! This will be a totally immersive event where guests will have an opportunity to mix, mingle, and meet our host, guest keynotes, and committed agents from across North America!
Will any meals be provided with my Event ticket?
There will be some meals – check the schedule.
Are we allowed to record audio/video at the event?
No, recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited. We do, however, encourage you to take pictures!
Can I bring my baby/kids?
Yes, we are a family friendly organization here at Power HQ. So, if it is necessary to bring your child, please let us know in advance by calling us at 631-929-5555. We will not have child care options available however. 


Is there a VIP/Preferred seating area?
Yes – we will have a VIP/Preferred seating set up which will include early access and amenities.
Do you make special accommodations for those with physical limitations?

What covid protocols will be in place? 
We will follow the State and Hotel Guidelines/Regulations at the time of the event. More information will be provided as appropriate.
Are you going to be enforcing a mask policy? 
We will be following State/City/Hotel guidelines for masks and overall safety. Our ability to host this event will be determined by following the rules and regulations at the time of the event.
Can you tell me what health and safety precautions are going to be in place?
- We will continue to analyze and make determination on appropriate precautions.  

- Masks and hand sanitizer will be available. We will also be adhering to Connecticut’s and the hotels policies and guidelines that are in place at the time of the event. 
Do I need a Vaccine to attend?
We will be following covid and safety protocols. At this time, we are NOT planning on requiring attendees to have a vaccine but any health and safety related questions are subject to change.

Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. #1 priority is the health and safety of our attendees, employees and staff supporting all Darryl Davis events. In partnership with the official event venues and vendors Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc.), will adhere to the current government and local authority guidance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. 

Assumption of risk — by completing the registration for the live event, I acknowledge and understand the following: attendance at live events includes possible exposure to, and illness from, infectious diseases. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, even if arising from the negligence or fault of Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc.; and, I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm and loss associated with the Event, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. 

Personal Accountability Commitment– by attending a Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. event live, you agree to abide by and engage in certain health-and-safety-beneficial conduct while attending the event. This may include, and is not limited to, submitting to daily temperature checks, wearing a mask at all times in public areas as recommended or required, engaging in appropriate physical distancing and not attending the event if you are ill or have been recently exposed to COVID-19. 

Media Waiver

You give Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. authorization to use and post any photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other record of our events, including full names of any participants, before, during or after the event for promotional use, reporting to the media and to publish on our website or social media. You will not be entitled to any compensation for Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. use of your name or image. 

By registering for the NEXT LEVEL Event, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. Policies are subject to change as conditions warrant. As of September 1, 2022

Cancellation Policy

Any and all payments made to Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, in the event of illness of participants, unforeseen events or circumstances out of the reasonable control of Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc., the attendee or any other party, changes or modifications to the schedule, presenters, or events related to a conference, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases. 

No-Risk 100% Money-Back Guarantee

• You must attend the entire event and complete your workbook during the event; and...
• If you were not satisfied that the information and/or materials presented at the event are/would be of use to you, simply return your completed workbook to a Darryl Davis Seminars employee onsite and submit these four things:
(a) proof of payment, (b) written certification that you attended the entire event, (c) written certification that you are not satisfied that the information and/or materials presented at the event are/would be of use to you, and (d) your receipt indicating you returned your workbook to a Darryl Davis Seminars employee onsite.
• If all these requirements are met, you will be issued a refund check in the amount of 100% what you paid for your ticket within approximately 30 days from the date of the event.

Transfer Policy

You may transfer your conference registration to another individual for the same event you are registered for by notifying us in writing at 21 days before day 1 of the event for a $50 administration fee. 

Force Majeure

If an event beyond Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc.’s reasonable control occurs that in Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc.’s sole discretion would make conducting the Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible (including, but not limited to, an act of God, war, strike or labor disturbance, terrorist attack, extreme weather event, curtailment of transportation or travel either in the event city or in the countries/states of origin of the attendees or epidemic, pandemic or any consequence thereof), Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. may cancel the event. The sole and exclusive remedy for such cancellation by Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. shall be the offer of a credit for a future Darryl Davis Seminars, Inc. conference in the amount of the paid registration fee.
